Pixie La Bella Return & Refund Policy

At Pixie La Bella, we prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring the highest hygiene standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:  

1. Return Eligibility:

✔ Returns are only accepted for:  
  - Damaged or defective products.  
  - Incorrect items delivered.  
✔ Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.  
✔ Customers must notify us before the delivery man after receiving the product for any return requests.  

2. Non-Returnable Items:

- Opened, used, or tampered products.  
- Sale or promotional items.  

3. Refund Policy:

- Refunds will only be issued for approved return claims.  
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the product is returned and verified.  
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).  

4. Exchange Policy:

- Exchanges are available for damaged or defective products, subject to stock availability.  
- Requests for exchanges must also be made in front of the delivery man.

5. Order Cancellation:

- Orders can only be cancelled if they are "Pending".  
- Once processing begins, cancellations will not be allowed.  

6. How to Return:

- Contact us via Messenger, or phone with the following:  
  - Your order number.  
  - A clear picture of the product and issue.  
- Our team will review the claim and guide you through the return process.

- Pixie La Bella reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product does not meet the above conditions.  
- We ensure all products are checked and packaged carefully to avoid such issues.
